Founder – CEO

The Founder & CEO of OXYGEN brings extensive professional experience, combining a strong background as a Certified Public Accountant at PwC Greece with senior leadership roles heading major Finance Departments in companies operating both in Greece and internationally.

From 2019 to 2023, he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Epsilon Net S.A., a Group listed on the Athens Stock Exchange.

Throughout his career in senior positions of responsibility, he has participated in dozens of corporate transactions with an aggregate value amounting to hundreds of millions of euros, while also supporting companies and organizations in preparing for and transitioning towards the integration of ESG principles and requirements.

OXYGEN Deals & Business Consulting specializes in strategic and financial business organization, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and ESG & Sustainability readiness, providing comprehensive advisory support to entrepreneurs and executive management teams across businesses and organizations.
